Aside from the HAF programme there is other support available for families across Northamptonshire. Below is a list of different organisations and directories that are accessible in the county with details on how to reach and contact them directly:

Wellbeing Launchpad – This is a directory of wellbeing related assets in Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. Available for all ages and conditions, this site has access to all different organisations and local community projects. Northamptonshire Local Offer – This is a directory for children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) and their families. Partner Organisations

Northamptonshire Young Carers – supports children or young people, between the ages of 5 and 17, who are carers for family member(s) with a long term illness or disability. Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust – supports more than 240 services across the county – as well as some specialist services in bordering and nearby counties. Northamptonshire Parent Carer Voices – supports families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across Northamptonshire. Their team is led by parent carers themselves, working in partnership with families, services, and local organisations to improve outcomes and experiences for children, young people, and their families. Northamptonshire Mind – supports individuals dealing with mental health challenges. A leading mental health provider in Northamptonshire their partnership with Local Minds, and other mental health providers enables them to support the mental health community through various services, campaigns, and advocacy efforts.
